Paul Primeaux, MD

Dr. Primeaux  earned a BA degree in Philosophy from Loyola University in New Orleans and earn his MD degree from the LSU School of Medical in New Orleans. He completed an Internal Medicine Internship and Anesthesiology Residency at Tulane School of Medicine. He is board certified by the American Board of Anesthesiology.  Previously on faculty at Tulane University School of Medicine, he served as Director of Medical Student Education and Residency Program Director. Dr. Primeaux is presently in private practice and remains an Adjunct Faculty Member at Tulane.  
After 20 years caring for patients, Dr. Primeaux has become most passionate about preventing the diseases that afflict the patients he care for.  He continues his professional development in Integrative/Preventive Medicine.  Dr. Primeaux is a Peloton fanatic; Go Team Wilpers! He has three successful adult children and is married to Erin, his constant companion and business partner.

Erin Primeaux

Erin Primeaux holds a Master of Science in Healthcare Management from the University of New Orleans and has over 14 years of experience in medical staff affairs and hospital community relations. She is an advocate for physicians and advance practice practitioners and plays a critical role ensuring the medical staff is in compliance with hospital polices, bylaws, and rules and regulations. Erin also focuses on connecting the hospital and medical staff with the community. She developed and grew the hospital's community outreach program including the Community Health Needs Assessment, event management, and healthcare pathfinder programing. 
Erin is passionate about mentoring and women’s health and wellness with a focus on diversity and inclusion. She is a cultural leader, serving as President for the Women Empowering Women Resource Group; previously Vice President and Wellness Chair.  She is an avid runner, enjoys painting, reading, and international travel.
